Hi Bernard,

One of the Brazilian order guns the Germans gave the Ottomans in 1914.

The Brazilian 1913 order was about 100 guns and a small number had been delivered to Brazil before the start of WW1. Most of the order was seized by German authorities and a few batteries were used for a few months by the German Army on the Eastern Front. The logistical difficulties of supplying 75mm ammunition lead the Germans to give the ex-Brazilian order guns to Bulgaria and Ottoman Army. The Ottomans said they received 54 guns in 1914.
